This section allows users to download raw SAPPET datasets (.CSV format files) and codebooks for further analyses. All downloaded files can be saved as zip folders.
To download data by state, use the drop-down menu below to select a state, then click on the file name that appears under the list.
(Note – Some of the SAPPET data sources do not include data on all states. For example, California does not participate in Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS). In this case, the zip folder for California will not include PRAMS data files.)
Click here to download Data by Source. The Source Dataset folder includes raw data files for all key SAPPET sources. (Note – Some of the SAPPET data sources do not include data on all states.)
Click here to download SAPPET data codebooks. Codebooks include the source citation, variable/indicator names, and response categories.
