No. SAPPET provides aggregated data from publicly available national sources. SAPPET has signed a data use agreement with the National Vital Statistics System for mortality data and is careful to only provide aggregated estimates that are consistent with NVSS guidelines. Therefore, SAPPET users can download, use, and disseminate all SAPPET graphs, tables, and data files.
